Not always things go according to plan, right? So if your new appliance develops a fault and it is still under the manufacturers' guarantee (usually one year) we'll arrange a repair visit for you. But what's more, Domex has a strong Service Division with a large number of skilled appliance engineers and is approved service centre for certain manufacturers and major insurance companies. If your appliance happen to be built by one of these manufacturers it will be a Domex engineer who'll visit you.

If however, we are not an approved service centre for the manufacturer of your appliance we'll arrange a repair visit with the manufacturer for you so you don't have to deal with it.
