» Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, we deliver 6 days a week excluding bank holidays. Sunday? ... well, we all need a bit of break, so Sundays we are closed.
» Do I have to stay in all day?
Not at all! We'll give you 3 hour time slot so you don't get stuck at home all day.... and the good part is we will NOT charge you extra for it.
» When are going to deliver my appliance?
If we have the appliance you want in-stock you can select delivery date and time when placing your order, which is subject to confirmation. If a product is out of stock we'll call you to book a date and time of your delivery.
» Would you deliver to the second floor with no lift?
We'll deliver your appliance even to the fifth floor. What about fifteenth floor? We'll let's be reasonable. If you live on the fifteenth floor and the lift packed up simply tell us and we may have to wait until the lift is operational. Generally, our installation teams work in pairs so stairs are no issue as long as they are reasonable number.
» Do I have to disconnect my old appliance?
If you wish to do so it will only be easier for us but we don't mind, we'll do it for you. It's part of the deal!
» Can you give me a call when the installers are on their way?
Of course, that's part of our added value service. Simply give us your mobile number and request us to do so. Oh, and make sure you don't forget your mobile at home or leave it on silent.
